Our fall Biggest Loser sessions recently completed a Firefighter training workout night under Jan's direction.  It was a huge success.  Here is what one of the participants had to say about it. 

Beginning in October, America's Fitness Center will be starting a boot camp program, an intense fitness program, a running program, and kettlebell classes.

After week 3 of the second Biggest Loser Program at AFC over 40 pounds have already been shed by the members! AFC's manager, Jan, has a kick-butt way of helping the members of the program work hard to lose weight but gain knowledge about their health and fitness. AFC will have another Biggest Loser program starting January 10, 2011 which will be held every Monday from 6 pm to 7 pm.
