New Programs and Classes Starting at AFC

Beginning in October, America's Fitness Center will be starting a boot camp program, an intense fitness program, a running program, and kettlebell classes.

The boot camp program will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at times based on interested members' availablity. This boot camp program will be created by the personal trainer, Mandi, and will push you to your limits, in order to exceed your fitness goals twice a week. The new intense fitness program will involve 2 designated times and days of intense fitness classes that build on one another each week to increase endurance as well as strength. These days and times will also be based on interested members' availablity. There will be an extra monthly fee for both of these programs.

The new running program will be held on Monday nights from 6:30 until 7:30. This program is for beginners as well as advanced runners. It will teach you how to run and how to train for different lengths of races. The kettlebell classes will be taught by a new instructor, Amanda several days a week.
