Insurance Reimbursements
America's Fitness Center works hard to accommodate our members by offering several different types of insurance reimbursement options. You must check with us to see if your insurance plan qualifies for reimbursement. Below, you will find more information about what insurances we accept, pending eligibility.
Get a $20 monthly credit. Now you can be rewarded for your healthy habits. Medica is offering a fitness discount program rewarding, eligible members with a $20.00 credit toward your fitness center membership. It’s easy. Every time you work out, your AFC fitness access card tracks your visit. If you’ve worked out at least eight times that month, your health care provider will pay $20.00 towards your membership dues.

If you have this symbol on your BCBS insurance card you are eligible for the "Blueprint for Health" reimbursement program. Members of fully insured Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota groups, and individual health plans, are eligible for up to $40 per month, per family towards membership dues.
